Blog 6 : Valentino and Dave

Dave Eggers and Valentino write this book as a way to open the eyes to others not only in the United States but all over the world as well. As with all people we want to basically feel the same things in life; have a place to call home, have people you can trust, and have faith in one’s self. I believe that through patience and success, Valentino has overcome many obstacles but now it is his turn to give back to the new lost boys and to those that helped him along his journey. I believe that the shift in times of back and forth help guide the story, but to make it more consistent and better for the reader would to do actions in sequence.
